quality, in-home health care services. The professional staff at Metron Home Health Care will
conduct an initial patient assessment within 24 hours of request, to determine which services
will be the most beneficial for the patient. Specific goals are then developed with the input
from the patients physician, identifying the best final outcome of home health services. During
the course of treatment, Metron Home Health Care keeps the patient's physician updated of their
progress, allowing timely modification of services.

decides the most appropriate care for each patient, giving them One contact person to call
for All their needs and questions.
