you and your physician. Through the use of established clinical pathways, led by a Physician
Medical Director, Metron Post-Acute Rehabilitation Program offers a number of specialty services
to maximize your independance and mobility. Our convenient locations and caring staff want to
make it easy for you to achieve the results you want. We offer professional case management, a
qualified interdisciplinary team and continual communication to make your rehabilitation the
most efficient and comfortable possible.
Established Clinical Pathways
Based on the most up-to-date clinical information and outcome measurements, our team of
professionals has established clinical pathways for the diagnosis and rehabilitation of many
conditions. We customize these pathways, in consultation with your physician and insurance
company, to meet your specific clinical needs.

Medical Direction
Quality results come from quality direction. At Metron Post-Acute Rehabilitation Program a
Physician Medical Director runs each of our units. Patients are visited by our Medical Director
on a daily basis to ensure treatments are effectively meeting their needs. The Post-Acute
Rehabilitation Program will also arrange for specialize physicians, including physiatrists,
to consult with the Medical Director for those conditions and diagnosis which require such
specific expertise.
