Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse graduate from accredited or state approved School of Nursing with current license to practice in the State of Michigan, in good standing.  At least one year in supervisory or administrative role.  Prefer two years geriatric or long-term care, or Hospice care nursing experience.

Full-time salaried position with benefits

Qualified candidates must be a Registered Nurse with a current state license and have at least five years of supervisory or administrative role.  Prefer two years geriatric or long-term care or Hospice care nursing experience and knowledge of MDS, Infection Control and Safety.

Able to read, write and make simple calculations with standardized recipes and modified diets. Able to prepare and ensure service of nutritional meals at the proper times and temperatures, preserving flavor

- Minimum of six months paid quantity food preparation and working with recipes of at least 25-50 servings.  Must have had some formal or on-the-job training in quantity food preparation,

 Ability to relate to older adults.  Ability to organize and perform assignments with minimal supervision. 

High School Graduate or equivalent required.  Experience in working with senior groups is preferred

types of home medical equipment and medical supplies, collecting money from
customers for private pay charges. Organizing, maintaining and cleaning

Responsibilities include Implementing life enrichment programs in accordance with the planned monthly calendar, assisting with the assessment of each residents' needs and interests, maintaining records of resident participation in group and one-on-one programs.  Ensure safety and infection control procedures are followed.
