Description:	Full-time position with benefits. Responsibilities include: manage and respond to billing questions; manage and maintain billing accounts receivable to the intermediaries; manage accounts receivable system in creating private statements; complete the month end close for each designated facility; complete daily census in conjunction with the designated facility; follow up and bill claims that are rejected from the various intermediaries; assist designated facility in collecting outstanding accounts receivable; enter ancillaries such as Pharmacy, Lab, Therapy Logs, and X-Ray each month prior to creating the claims to bill to the intermediaries; and work with facilities to achieve, by payor, budgeted days revenue outstanding and bad debt expense. Qualified candidates must have the knowledge and ability to create UB04 claims and transmit them to the appropriate intermediary as well as have knowledge to read remittance advices from the different intermediaries. Candidates should have experience with medical billing and have two years of experience.
