Metron of Belding is a 128 bed facility offering sub acute rehabilitation services, skilled nursing care, and clinically complex care to patients throughout the State of Michigan.

Our secured unit provides a safe environment where residents with elopement are treated with dignity and respect. Families can take comfort knowing their loved ones are secure and well cared for.

Additionally, Metron of Belding is Left Ventricular Assist Device trained through the University of Michigan.
