Your Hometown Nursing Home
If you can’t live at home, live as close to home as possible. We believe that if you’re a senior citizen dealing with ongoing health issues, being close to friends and family is key to a richer, more rewarding lifestyle. That’s why we operate licensed skilled care facilities in six small-town communities throughout West Michigan.
Home is more than just a location, of course – it’s also the place where you feel safe, secure and cared for. Making our residents feel at home is just as important to us as providing them with the very best medical care. Our staff members truly love what they do, and it shows in the warmth, compassion and joy they share with residents.
Quality Medical Care
We offer the highest level of quality healthcare services to meet the basic and skilled nursing needs of older adults with ongoing health issues. Led by our Medical Director and Director of Nursing, our team of professionals includes:
- RNs and LPNs
- Certified Nurse Aides
- Registered Dietitian
- Social Workers
- Occupational Therapists
- Physical Therapist
- Speech Therapists
- Life Enrichment Director
Several sites offer additional specialized care for specific health issues, including a secured unit at Metron of Belding and Tracheotomy/Ventilator Care at Metron of Greenville.
Dining is an important part of resident care, both nutritionally and socially. Our Registered Dietitian works with our care team to ensure we meet the dietary needs of each individual, including enteral feeding and Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN) when needed. All of our facilities serve three restaurant-style meals in beautifully appointed dining rooms.
Life Enrichment & Activities
We offer a wide range of organized group and individual activities to enhance the quality of life for our residents. From pet visits and parlor games to religious services and community outings, our residents can stay as busy as they want to be.
We welcome short-term stays. Please contact us if you’re caring for an adult at home and need temporary relief due to your own illness, injury, vacation or other reason.
We provide comfortable, compassionate care to people approaching the end of their lives. We focus on creating an environment of peace and dignity for both the individual and their loved ones.
